Barrel is too loose, won't complete a cycle. But it is brand new?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear that your new washer isn't operating properly. We see that a service appointment has been scheduled and we are confident the matter will be resolved by a Bodewell technician.
I had this switched out because GE Washer motor went out. It just took forever for our insurance on appliances to cooperate truthfully to get this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I brought this washer a couple of months ago and I am in love with how good this washer wash. I'm always finding a reason to wash something. The clothing is just about dry when I get them out the washer, the spin cycle is incredible. I highly recommend this washer and the tub is big, I can wash my king size comforters with no problem and I lay them out over something to finish drying, because putting them in the dryer is a wasted of electricity and gas.
Waste of money!! Please do NOT purchase this washer!!!

We would like to assist you with this washer and gather some additional information from you. An agent will be reaching out to you via email. Please respond to the email at your earliest convenience.
So unhappy with the washer, it makes an awful noise when in spin mode and when it's draining. I have complained to the owner where I bought it, but he said there's nothing he can do about it. Supposedly he contacted the rep and told him about it and I have e never heard anything from anyone.

We'd like to assist with your new washer making sounds. While it is normal for the unit to make sounds while agitating that may be different from your prior washer, leveling the unit may help reduce the sound level. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. You can find out more about sounds here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=21894
If you believe your unit is making abnormal sounds after the information provided, you can schedule an appointment with one of our Bodewell technicians by calling 1-833-4BODEWELL or online here: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service
I am not happy with this machine. Takes forever to fill up.
