I exchanged a NEW Whirlpool washer with the Hotpoint washer as the Whirlpool was dreadful (as many reviews showed AFTER my purchase!) to use and manipulate the settings that I wanted. I have used Hotpoint for years in the UK and now in the USA and you have always been a good product.

Bulky feature

I bought my washing machine 3 months ago and I am pleased with it I like it has a bulky setting on it. With my jeans and towels the load becomes bulky , I like that setting.

I am so glad I bought this washer. The laundry is cleaner and drying is a breeze. The front panel is without bells and whistles and a no brainer to operate.
