If you're in the market for a good looking washing machine you can't go wrong with the GE MODEL # HTW265ASW0WW washing machine. I bought this Hotpoint 4.0 cubic foot top loading washer last month and everything is going great. I love the machine thank you GE for building a reliable washer.

Very easy to install. Love it so far. I like that's is a space saver give me more room for a hamper

Rust deposits

After using this for a month or so I washed a brand new white blanket....it got all to one side and the washer stopped because it got out of balance. When I went to put the blanket in the dryer I noticed several rust marks on it. So I washed it again...more rust marks. Turns out the whole upper edge of the drum was covered in a rust colored film. I wiped it down and I have photos of the wipes I used. Some of the marks are permanent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
