Great Price picked this one for simplicity of use for my aging mom. Who sometimes becomes confused with new appliances. Does a great job getting things clean . Easy to install besure you level it before first use .

Hot point doesn’t disaappoint

It was delivered while at work. Adult kids signed for it. It was neatly place where washer hook ups where, which gets an A+ in my book. Hook was a little tricky. I had a little hard time with drain hose and clamp but I only had a pair of pliers to work with, anyway it on, water hooked up and running it on a trial run per book. Seems to be quite powerful and quiet. It’s not walking all over like last machine. I love hot point appliances. Never got a bad one like my last more expensive brand. Confident in this brand and had to search for store that sold it in my area.
