Purchased mine about a month ago.Love the large stainless steel drum and options on this model. I wanted simple features and quality results. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this model.

We'd like to assist with the out of balance conditions you are noticing. We recommend checking to ensure that the unit is completely level to the floor. This will help prevent excess vibrations and allow the unit to spin without over compensating. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. I've already had a bulky load that I had to run the spin cycle twice for. The first spin did not take all the water out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that this washer did not properly drain and spin your bulky load. We advise using the Drain & Spin option for additional spinning when you experience a larger load that did not get fully spun out.
