Bought my machine 3 weeks ago and have never had a machine take one hour to wash a load of clothes! Absolutely hate it!

We're happy to provide some information for long wash cycles. There are multiple factors that can affect the wash duration. It may be because the washer is off balance or overloaded. Too much detergent and softener can cause excessive foaming inside your machine which can affect the wash and spin. Our new washer use less water and they take longer to wash clothes to get them clean.

This was a replacement for my flooded-out washer, a victim of Hurricane Milton. It is performing very well. I really like all of the options I have and have washed some small rugs without any difficulty.
