Issue since day of install

Bought this washer two weeks ago, and have had problem ever since the day it was installed. No matter how much or how little laundry you put in, when it does the rinse/spin cycle it grows the load off balance .

We recommend making sure you are loading your items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. This will make sure that the unit stays in balance. Not sure yet purchased it yesterday was on sale.
I love that it has an agitator my previous machine did not.
I notice the machine is very noisy my previous machine you could not hear it.
But for the price I'm giving g it the benefit of the doubt. Will give it a review in a couple of weeks.but so far so good.

Basic Washer

I wanted a basic washer, similar to what I had. I received a basic washer, however, it has 2 flaws. 1 - does not get all the water out of towels very well. 2 - clothes come out very wrinkled. My other washer was much better, but it's not available any more.
