Disappointed

Very disappointed with this washing machine. Will not stay in balance during spin cycle. Always have to stop it to rearrange clothes. This is the only washing machine I've ever owned that has done this, and I've been washing clothes for over 55 years. It's very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beyond terrible

The washer is not yet one year old and the clothes bunch on one side. The washer is loaded evenly and level and still bunches every time. After the wash it will shake trying to start the spin cycle. You have to manually stop and spread clothes back out so it will spin them. It has been stretching and ruining clothes. Very disappointed to have to buy a new washer when this one is not even a year old. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Another tip to try is making sure to match the cycle selection to the type of fabric you are washing (especially for easy care loads). Why does it go out of balance?

I was really hoping not to have any worries with a new washer having thrown out 4 year old of another brand. This work ok except for one thing. I have to baby sit it as when it drains and tries to spin it nearly dances out the back door. After I lift the lid it somehow bunched all the clothes on one side of the tub. I never had a problem with any machine doing that but this one. And I have to turn selector to drain and spin or it will go through the full wash cycle again. It is level and I load tub properly.
