Very simple to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had it a day, but did quit a few loads of laundry and so far I’m not disappointed. It seem to be a well built unit only time will tell how truly good of a machine it is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good and a very good price I love the fact that it has a button for precise water like that you don't waste that much water like old washers did before

Control is easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the simplicity of the controls and the fact the lid doesn't lock until the final spin. It runs about one hour average wash cycle. It has an agitator instead of round spin tub. Its not noisy.

I Would NOT Buy Again
on November 8, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is similar to one I bought 7 years ago but has much fewer settings and doesn't clean nearly as well. It drains intermittently upon fill up and then gets caught in a drain/spin cycle that never ends unless I unplug it for a reset for a couple hours. The spin doesn't work when this happens, but the drain just keeps pumping and groaning even with no water in the basin and the lights go off on the display panel. I hate this machine and wish I could trade it back in for something that has an extra rinse and a personally set soak setting that my previous one had. Price is high for how poorly this machine works and the missing settings. I made a bad choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can put enough water in it to wash the clothes thoroughly. Has knobs that I can set and not a bunch on electronics. I hope it last longer than my previous LG washer which I hated. I can also reach the bottom which is nice for short people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an existing model GTW355ASN that I had for 14 years.with no issues. There was a recent issue in not completing a cycle. I used the diagnostics and determined it was the control board

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this machine for a few days, but so far it is excellent. This machine replaced a 13 yr old Maytag that was going to cost me more to fix than buying this new GE! I've not bought any GE applianced in years but I think GE will be my go to when I need new!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've only been able to complete one load of wash. I've balanced this machine to perfection but for some reason the laundry keeps bunching up and causing the spin to go out of balance. I have to redistribute the clothes to get the spin to remove the rest of the water. If it continues I'll be contacting GE to resolve the problem

We want to help with your loads spinning out-of-balance. If you also find the wash load is too wet to go in the dryer, redistribute the load and run the Drain & Spin cycle as mentioned on page 11 of the Owner's Manual. - - https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--AKgAhUAs--/r4yctjlrytehsjedypih.pdf - If this doesn't help, please contact our GE Appliances service team - Bodewell at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday Friday: 8 a.m. 8 p.m. ET to have your washer evaluated and repaired as needed.
