New washer review

I guess the machine washes ok, but the blinking spin light that stays on after the load is finished is quite frustrating. I know how to distribute the laundry, but at least every second or third wash load the light continues to blink when done. I redistribute the load, run the drain and spin and the blinking spin light is still there. I can tell when it does that the items are wetter than they should be which increases the drying time. Not happy about it.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had issues with the washer becoming unbalanced, and we want to help. When the Spin light is flashing, that indicates a balance condition has been detected and the washer is trying to correct the balance condition so the cycle can complete normally. The Spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and stay illuminated for a short time after it completes. If the washer isn’t able to correct the condition and items are more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistributing the load and running a Drain & Spin cycle as you’ve been doing is recommended.
Besides loading items loosely and evenly and ensuring the washer isn’t underloaded or overloaded, we recommend making sure the washer is leveled to help it stay balanced; the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed. Great, easy to use and great performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying out a load or two when we first got our new machine, we were in love. The difference in how clean our laundry came out was most noticeable. My husband was going through his already washed clothes and redoing them in our new machine. Guess the old one didn't work to well! Everything was so much cleaner. In addition, due to the great spin dry, we hardly had to finish drying the items in our dryer. A definite cost saving with using our dryer for less time. The controls are very simple and organized. No messing around with electronics. The capacity will now hold a twin bed quilt which will save me going to the laundromat. The noise is minimal. A lot less than what we replaced and it cycles in a reasonable amount of time and not too noisy. All in all a great purchase and we would recommend.

Brand new washer and the spin cycle won't stop. I have to manually turn off the machine.
I've done a total of 2 loads of laundry and the same thing happened both times.
I even tried resetting the machine between the 2 loads, by unplugging it for 30 minutes. Then tried again by unplugging for 10 minutes then plug back in, then open/shut lid 6 times.
Even watched a video on how to check for error codes. did that... no errors detected.

Every time I search for what the cause could be, it tells me to reset machine (did it, didn't work) or there is a faulty lock switch or computer board. IT'S BRAND NEW!!! it shouldn't already have an issue with the lock switch OR computer board.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy!

Terrible product. Mine broke after 1 month. It stopped spinning the clothes and wouldn't empty the water. Luckily, our local store worked with use to replace it with another one. Hopefully, this one will last longer.
