I love everything about this washer !

This washer tub is so much larger than the previous one I had. I can also change water levels and cycles without having to wait until the full cycle goes through. This washer is so quiet compared to my last washer. It was so noisy. I have no problems with the performance of my washer. I am actually impressed with it.

Worst washer ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never actually hated a washer before. The precise fill option is not usable because the machine goes out of balance. The machine was professionally installed so it is level. Clothes tie in knots and the machine frequently goes out of balance which is difficult to correct because of the lid lock feature. I would not in good conscience recommend this washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're glad to see that your washer is level, as this can greatly reduce out of balance conditions from happening. We also recommend checking on how the washer is loaded. The best way to achieve a balanced load is to load dry items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. This will also help prevent tangling and knotting.
