I think this washer is a great value. It cleans my clothes, runs quieter, shorter cycles, easy to operate. The load size is good for me. I’m short so I can easily reach the bottom to get my clothes when the cycle is done. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although a little noisy, we love the simplicity of the controls being dials versus electronic settings.
We also love the fact that we can control more accurately the water capacity which then reduces the time to complete all the cycles.

We'd like to help with the sound level and with the balancing issues. We recommend first checking that your washer is completely level to the ground. The leveling legs are located on the bottom of the unit and can be adjusted by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. This will help keep the washer stable and prevent excess vibration and sounds. The way you load the washer at the start of the cycle can impact the occurrence of an out of balance condition. The best way to achieve a balanced load is to load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did first wash tonight and see that "high" water is best for regular size loads. This washer drains better than any washer I've used before. Cycle selection is good, noise is okay and for the first load, performance was excellent.
