Great purchase

I recently purchased this GE washer to replace my old one. I’m enjoying it… good performance… washes well and great spin cycle. Has adequate cycles for doing laundry. To me, it’s not as noisy as some people had indicated… I’m happy with my purchase.

I have had problems with this washer since the first day I did my first laundry load. Agitator is loud,most troublesome is the final spin cycle. I timed the spin cycle on normal cycle at 26 minutes, I have to manually turn the machine off. Tried the light wash, same thing with the long spin cycle. Today, I tried the precise water level, the water level stopped at low water, but I had a max load of clothes. Had to put it on max cycle to get wash my clothes. I come out with clothes. Not at all satisfied. I should not have to manually stop the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If needed, you can adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. Washing Machine Paradise

I love the bigger drum that is has for larger bulky items. I must say it took some getting used to to the many settings it has or perhaps the last machine was even more basic! Great cycles to choose from. A very quiet machine. Clothes and towels etc come out looking clean and fresh.

We are more than happy to provide guidance with the spin cycle and the wrinkling that you are experiencing. The length of the spin cycle will vary based on the fabric of the clothing (cottons hold more water than synthetics), the size of the load, and cycle selected.
During the spin cycle, clothes are pushed against the wash basket to extract as much water as possible from the wash load. This can cause some wrinkling in the clothing. Some other causes of wrinkling are too many items in the washer for the load size selected. The use of an incorrect wash cycle for the type of clothes being washed can also cause excess wrinkles.
