Definitely gets the job done. The washer doesn't balance like my other one did, but again it gets the job done.

The description of the product was very deceptive. It was advertised that you could manually add additional water to the wash load. Up to 26 gallons. Only way you can do that is if you bucket the water in. That's why I got rid of my Kenmore! Won't buy GE product ever again!

We want to help out with water level controls. This model includes a "Deep Fill" selection. This is the button that adds the extra water that is needed. By pressing and holding it down for 3 seconds, it will fill the washer to the deepest fill level possible.

Very efficient! Removes dog hair from clothes and linen. It is so quiet! Doesn’t take all day to wash several loads! Don’t walk, RUN to get this!
