Great washer overall. Easy to understand controls. Cleans well and relatively quickly. Some noise but nothing that ever bothers me. Runs smoothly. Love that it's top load - high capacity.

This machine does it's job. The agitation often allows the loads to be off balance during the spin cycles. If I purchased this machine again I would choose the one with a Quick Wash cycle. I no longer need to do lots of dirty clothes or big loads.

We'd like to help you with some information regarding loading and leveling the unit, as well as to clarify the speed wash cycle. We recommend loading and sorting your items properly, by loading items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. Additionally, we recommend making sure the unit is properly leveled to an even floor. If needed, you can adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down.

Regarding the speed wash cycle, this cycle works similarly as quick wash. The cycle time is around 21 minutes when a small, lightly soiled load of laundry is being washed.

I love this machine, it has soo many load cycles.You don't need to worry about it going off balance. It's quiet and extremely efficient. The controls are easy to understand. And it starts with a quick push of a button.

This machine gets the job done. The controls on the machine do not match the manual that came with it. I ran off a manual for the model I purchased. It does not match the controls on the machine either.

Well I know what you have to deal with in regulations. I think you have done as much as possible to make this washer efficient. I think with more sane energy policy you could do better. I know you could. But this is a good washer and we will have it for many years. I bet with some restrictions relaxed you could make an absolutely fantastic machine. I will check you out in about five years. In the mean time we are happy with GE. Have a GE stove too. And GE load panel.
