I love the capacity! More than I had before. The controls are labeled and easy to use and pick the right cycle. It's quite compared to my old washer. I give it a 5 for overall performance! I'm looking forward to many years of use!

Absolutely terrible washer. Even with small-medium loads, the washer drum violently bangs against the walls of the washer. A brand new unit with maybe 2-3 washes and is basically unusable. I have to believe this is a manufacturing defect.

Gets the job done, albeit noisey

Just installed today. Very noisy wash cycle; however quiet spin cycle; finished first load of towels and all went well. The controls are easy to understand and I will enjoy the large capacity. Over all performance was good but I wish it wasn’t so noisy.

It can be important to check that the shipping material is completely removed from the unit. There will be either a shipping rod, Styrofoam shipping material or a cardboard base and cardboard cone. If the shipping material has not been removed, the washer will vibrate and be noisy.
