Some times when I push the button to start the machine, it doesn’t start. It does nothing. When I do a load, the dirt or what ever has soiled the clothes, doesn’t leave the machine. I pull the clothes out at the end of the cycle and there is dirt or dog hair or whatever still left on the bottom of the machine. I miss the old machines that held up well and didn’t disappoint 6 months after purchase. I’m only giving it a second star because it does wet the clothes and spins the water out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great performance washer

I liked the GE washing machine it is just the right size for the laundry room, it is a whole lot quieter than the last machine I had. I like the fact that I don’t have to push a lot of computer control buttons to just wash something. It is simple, self explanatory and I just like it very much.

We are so happy we purchased this piece of equipment. It's a simple, easy machine which doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles. Throw clothes in, pick a cycle, and you are done!

Very nice machine ultra quiet operation

Bought this to replace a near 20 year old machine.
Well packaged against damage, very easy installation since it doesn't Weigh hundreds of pounds. We were super impressed with the different available cycle features. The controls were simple and easy to use, love the extra large capacity drum, and the very quiet operation especially during the spin cycles.
You almost have to be standing next to it to even tell it is in spin cycles.
Also the duration of the spin gets the clothes super close to dry.
