Great machine

I'm 89 years old and can safely say that this washing machine is the best one I have ever owned. It not only LOOKS good but it has a LARGE capacity, has smooth working controls, continues through all the cycles quickly and quietly! As for performance, so far it beats all the other machines hands down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washer does not fill up with water

Washer barley puts any water in the tub. I have che ked the water supply and all is good from house .

Simple machine Excellence Performance

Used the product repeatedly all day
Clean clothes and not jumbled together... so not so wrinkled,
The capacity is great ....just enough ... just right,
Controls are not fancy but they provide all the cycles that are needed
Cycle choices cover the needs. Little noise ... very quiet except when I put an uneven amount of clothes in the washer.
The washer performed well all day. Simple and does the job well. The wash was waiting for the arrival. The installers Steven and Miguel are a well orchestrated performance for installation perfection,

Originally I wrote a very good, positive review but at that time had only done 2 loads with this machine so after using this washer for over a month now, I would like to add there are only 2 downsides to this machine: I would like to see how the clothes are actually washing in case I need to use a more water selection next time but when you open the lid cover, washing stops. I'd prefer to see the agitating process happening like my old washer did. And also there isn't an indicator to tell you how far along you are in the cycle. That would be VERY helpful to plan when the wash would be done. My last washer had a dial that moved with the time of the wash cycle. I just have to time it by the clock now. Other than that I would still recommend this as a basic, user friendly washer that cleans well

This washer was a huge disappointment. It is noisy, it shakes (and yes I have had this checked and told its "normal") More often than not the load becomes unbalanced and the washer bangs and shakes violently. In 30 yrs i never had this problem with my old washer. It twists the clothes up, frays and tears clothing and doesn't even seem to clean them well. It takes a long time to complete the cycle and has no hot water option. I regret this purchase.

To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. Unbalanced loads can cause the washer to vibrate more. Stop the machine and redistribute the load. The more the legs are extended, the shakier the unit will be during operation. Wash by hand instead of this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER. It literally takes me all day to do just about 3 loads because of constantly having to monitor to make sure this piece of garbage is level or whatever the case it. When it was “washes” clothes it doesn’t even fill with water so like how are you washing. Clothes are ALWAYS soaked and never properly washed, rinse option doesn’t really work correctly.. literally the worst washer I’ve ever encountered in my life.

Load dry items loosely in the washer basket. For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers, such as this one, are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. We advise the use of the Drain & Spin cycle if your clothes are soaked and not properly wrung out.
