Basic but functional

Product is basic but functional. Four Star Rating because product only has one agitation speed even though there is a setting for "Bulky Items" and "Heavy" loads - plus several other load settings. I assumed the agitator would adjust to setting as my prior machines always have. This fact was a surprise and disappointment. Also, the owner/user manual provided made no reference to the actual model purchased. Indeed, several controls referenced are not on the machine. Nonetheless, I wanted a smaller washer dryer set and this model fit the bill. It's no frills and since it was just delivered today I've only completed three or four loads. So far so good.

Very Good Washer!

Very good washer, much better than the Whirlpool I previously had. I like the ability to add enough water to actually get my clothes clean. The operation is a bit noisy, but tolerable. I don't like the lid lock, I would like to see what the washer is doing sometimes. Overall it does a very good job. (I still wish I would have had my 26 year old GE washer repaired rather than replaced with this one)

I got this washer and I think its fantastic. Its replacing a Roper washing machine that I've had for 15 years. The basket in this machine is larger, it has many settings and is supposedly energy efficient. An extremely smart purchase in my opinion!
