Basic machine, we were limited by our laundry room space. So far so good, only a week so far, but working fine. It is rather noisily when comparing to our last GP. Will work on sealing the laundry room door to reduce the noise

Worst washer ever owned!

Worst Washer I have ever owned. I bought 3 weeks ago and it will not spin clothes. Total waste of time and money. I can only hope that GE will stand by their product and provide me with a new washer.

We are sorry to hear your washer is not spinning your clothes. Oversudsing from too much detergent may slow down the final spin cycle, causing a suds lock. We recommend using HE detergent. Washes very well

I have had my washer since january 9th of 2025 and so far it is washing my clothes very well. The washer is quite loud but I am not used to having a new washer. So I assume that is normal.

Great features for small top load washer

Brand New GE top load washer purchased. Love the features for a basic machine I needed so when lifting lid up it would not hit the upper cabinet. Love wash level features, water temp choices, multiple types of washing cycles......However, LOUDer than previous washers----not sure why??

Only used for quick was for stranded load from washer that died, but it did great! Read the directions before complaining in the reviews as I have seen please. They give all the “problem solving tips” up front so you are prepared for how your new baby may react in different situations. I will be back in a couple of months for a better review. But so far I’m happy!
