Cleans better than much higher priced washers

This machine is an excellent value and cleans very, very well. My sister has an overpriced competitors washer and still comes over to use this one because mine cleans MUCH BETTER! If you are on the fence about buying this machine because of its low price, I strongly suggest that you buy it. You won't be disappointed.

I Hate the washer and dryer! Its too loud and noisy and the washer spins for 27 minutes. ridiculous
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just right for me

A good basic washer. It was less expensive than the new “smart” electronic onewhich was better for my budget too. The advantages are: I can select load size & type of cycle (like delicate, etc). The new feature for me is the push button start/pause which is easier than pulling a knob. Delivery was prompt as advised. Installation equally fast. Very pleased with everything so far.

Basic but functional

Product is basic but functional. Four Star Rating because product only has one agitation speed even though there is a setting for "Bulky Items" and "Heavy" loads - plus several other load settings. I assumed the agitator would adjust to setting as my prior machines always have. This fact was a surprise and disappointment. Also, the owner/user manual provided made no reference to the actual model purchased. Indeed, several controls referenced are not on the machine. Nonetheless, I wanted a smaller washer dryer set and this model fit the bill. It's no frills and since it was just delivered today I've only completed three or four loads. So far so good.
