I mistook the picture of the agitator as the bottom of the machine. I didn’t want one with an agitator. The second load the lid lock didn’t work but it did after that. I will never buy an appliance online again. Pictures do not represent the product well and description had no mention of an agitator
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large capacity. Easy to follow usage directions. Quiet during operation. Cleans clothes well. Lid locks during spin cycles for safety
