Not impressed with machine

Water levels do not seem to be correct. Setting of low is only about 2 in of water. You have to set dial to Max for what I would consider a normal load. If you hit pause to open lid there are times when you restart it goes back to the beginning of wash. I know directions said washer makes certain noises but they change from wash to wash.

This washer is classified as a high efficiency model, which means it uses less water than traditional washers to provide the same level of cleaning. We also recommend trying an electronic reset, to help with the cycles resetting. This can be done by removing the power cord for 2-3 minutes and then plugging it back in. Kept flashing on spin cycle. Followed the instructions in the manual, which didn't solve the issue. It would drain the water, refill the machine, then stop again. After researching, found it to be a known problem.

Just got this washer yesterday washed a couple loads of clothes and now when it goes into the final spin cycle it won’t stop spinning I have to shut the washer off to get it to stop spinning

Crap washer

This machine is garbage. It doesn’t agitate like your traditional washer and as a result the clothes don’t get as clean. I’ve had this washer a total of 2 weeks and now it won’t fill with water but is agitating. A brand few machine shouldn’t have issues. I’ve had better experiences with washing machines from the second hand store or off the street corner.

This washer is equipped with a Heavy-Duty Agitator that provides better turnover for bulky items and thorough cleaning of large loads while still offering a gentle touch for delicate items. The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for Washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With Washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most Washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.
