Excellent Washing Machine! Don't care for the 'lid lock'. THAT should've been thought about BEFORE applying it to the design!!
Have you never found where you'd dropped something (or forgotten something!) that was supposed to go into the load??
It really can be quite annoying.

NO separate rinse cycle option .

My fault for shopping online rather than in a store. Difficult to read control panel online, did not notice this washer does NOT offer a separate rinse cycle, nor a two rinse option. I like to add fabric softer after first rinse is complete. So on this model after a cycle is complete, the only way to achieve this is to run the quick wash cycle and add softener to the dispenser cup, plus hold the “deep rinse” button.
Of course, drain hose is about six inches too short, I would have used my old drain hose but the drain on the washer was about 1/16 inch greater in diameter.
There is something that appears to be a bleach dispenser, yet owner’s manual makes no mention of it or proper use!
Bottom line, without rinse option, two complete cycles are required, not very efficient design.

Bigger isn’t better

It’s does a good job on regular clothes, but it turns my sheets into soaking wet ropes, and knocks washer off balance. Then you have to take them out, unwind them, put them back in and then run the drain and spin cycle to get it finished. I bought this one for the larger capacity, but wished I had stuck with my other size.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I mistook the picture of the agitator as the bottom of the machine. I didn’t want one with an agitator. The second load the lid lock didn’t work but it did after that. I will never buy an appliance online again. Pictures do not represent the product well and description had no mention of an agitator
