Replacement for much older unit that still worked but was rusted under bleach dispenser. They have corrected this with plastic like housing. Excellent reliable washer!

The over-all aspect of the new washer is appealing. The washer is quiet on operation without any bumping when spinning. The installers were professional and well mannered. The machine does have a different sound than any other washer I have used but is very nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First day, first wash- sounds like someone using a hand saw very slowly. Can hear it in every room. Glad I got those two year warranty I'm sure I'll have to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
