Makes so much noise you think it’s going to break

This is the most unpleasant thing I bought in the last year. This washer should not have been sold to me or anyone else!!!!

Absolute junk.

Broke after three weeks of ownership. The washer is a good size for a small space, easy and simple to use, and has all of the basic features you need at a reasonable price. However, after fewer than a dozen cycles, the agitate/spin functions suddenly stopped working. The quality of this unit is far below what a customer should expect from an established brand such as GE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't work after the first load

Worked for one cycle only and will not spin or drain. We followed all the trouble shooting information provided in the manual and it does not work.

Low Quality, Do Not Recommend

Had product less than two weeks before problems began. Ran about 5 loads before it began stopping prior to draining and spinning, would not recommend to anyone

Wish I could give this zero stars. Installed on Thursday. Didn’t try to use it until Sunday. Will not go through a cycle or spin. I will never buy another GE product!

Would give zero stars if could. Washer isn’t even a week old and having to schedule someone to come out and look at. It Won’t spin the clothes or empty properly. Last GE washer I had worked 15 years. This one NOT EVEN a week. Piece of junk.

Received our GE washer today, the guys that installed it did a great job. Washed a load of clothes right away and washer did as expected, a great job. Even though I've just received it I know it will do a great job for several years. BY reading the booklet that came with it, I wasn't lost in the settings, as they are quite different from my old washer. The washer is the model GTW325ASW0WW, the 4.0 washer. Bought it because it doesn't have all the different sensors on it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a high efficiency washer and low water levels are often very common when you have a high efficiency model. This is normal, your water level with this model may not cover the top level of the clothes with water. However, you can manually add water to your cycle which adds up to 26 gallons of water to your washer, or let the washer optimize with auto-fill for great cleaning results no matter the cycle selected.
