Can't Make a fair judgment on product until I've used it for a while. Certainly hope in the last longer than the 3 year old GE Profile washer I Junked. Bought another GE commercial this time l hoping this one holds up to the My expectations, wanted an American made product.

Gets the clothes clean!!

I love this washer! It just has basic features, but the fact that you can control the water and it actually spins both ways so it gets the clothes super clean! I’ve only had it for a month, but I’ve washed probably 30 loads in it and I’m so happy with it!

Noisy Machine can be heard throughout entire home

I am very unhappy with this washer. It is so noisy, I can hear it throughout my entire home. I am going to call the store, Martin Appliance, to see if they will exchange for another brand. I am truly disappointed with this product. It is 3 months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist with the sound level of your washer. While it is normal for the unit to make sounds while agitating, the sound level can possibly be reduced by leveling the unit. To level, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. For information on sounds the unit can make, see here:

I purchased the washer because I wanted one that filled with water and to replace a high-efficiency machine, that was performed so poorly that I avoided using the machine. The only issue I have with the new washer if how loud the machine when running a cycle. It definitely seems a "commercial" type of machine, but it works, and that is what matters!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
