HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE 1ST WASHER AND THE FOLKS AT GE TOOK CARE OF US! NOW HAVE A BRAND NEW WASHER AND THE SERVICE GUYS WHO CAME TO INSTALL IT WERE THE ABSOLUTE BEST AND MOST POLITE. THANKS GE, YOU ARE THE BEST!

I like the capacity of the unit and the controls are easy to understand and use. I like the ability to operate the spin cycle separately, its nice for when you hand wash something and want to get it dry quicker. It does a good job washing, my only complaint is the spin speed seems too slow, the clothes come out wetter than from my previous washer, therefore it takes considerably longer to dry them in the dryer

This commercial quality washer does an excellent job of cleaning clothes. I wish all wash cycles had a rinse cycle that filled the tub once instead of the spraying of water while spinning. If I set it for extra rinse I get TWO rinse cycles, which is a waste of water.

Everything works great so far. I only washed one load, but it was more noisy than the last washer I had. Not really a big deal.

Not what I hoped for

Washer doesn’t always go off on its own. Doesn’t always spin out all the way. It’s noisy too.

I'm using half the softener recommended and running the extra rinse cycle, and there is softener stuck to the sides and agitator every time

We'd like to help with the softener leaving residue. We recommend trying to dilute your fabric softener before adding it to the load. Dilute with water to the maximum fill line. We also recommend cleaning the dispenser.
