Plain jane washer that hopefully will last a long

So far it works very well. We purchased this washer for a several of reasons: 1. You don't need to hook it to the interment to use it. 2. It has a 5 year warranty. If it lasts at least 5 years trouble free, I will gladly add a 5th star to the review. 3. it is not burdened with any un necessary frills and a features. Those just add to the likelihood something will break. Also it does not have soft button electronic controls, again these are just more things to malfunction.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I thought it was a simple model which is what I was looking for but the settings take some getting used to. And it is LOUD! Other then that, I guess it's ok

We want to help you with the sounds you are hearing on your washer. It is normal to hear clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycles. For more information on the sounds you may hear, please review page 27 in your manual. https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--AKgAhUAs--/r4yctjlrytehsjedypih.pdf

It does make noise but washes just fine. I only wish it had a timer and better capacity.

Only have used them a couple of times so far. Hopefully I will be able to use them without any problems for a very long time just like the Amana set that we had for over 25 years. We love the product so far, our issues have been never ending with Spencers TV on N Scottsdale Road.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New Washer

I like the large capacity basket as I can wash larger loads. It has more cycles than I will normally use but I like to have the options. So far it runs fine and my clothes are clean. I am a very satisfied customer especially with the 5 yr warranty. Thank you!

I had a front loader in the past. Have used this new one 6 times. Today, washed twin sized quilt. Had to keep rearranging it to finish spin cycle. A new, but not pleasant, experience.

We are happy to provide guidance with this washer and its balancing. Loading has a direct impact on the balancing of the washer. It is advised to load dry items loosely in the washer basket. For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. We also recommend ensuring that the washer is properly leveled. All four washer leveling legs will need to be adjusted until the washer is level left to-right and front-to-back. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. If you have followed these instructions and are still experiencing unbalanced loads, service is advised. You can schedule an appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 1-833-4BODEWELL (1-833-426-3393) or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
