The machine is too slow to follow the commands. It seems like it’s thinking too long before taking action.
I did not want a”smart “ washer with all the knobs and brain functions that you all are pushing clients to buy. This one thinks too long before working properly. I’m disappointed with it. I didn’t want anAI machine

We have had this washer for about 4 weeks now and so far it works well and as hoped for. We wanted a washer without too much obvious electronic boards and electronic buttons which can be expensive and difficult to diagnose problems with by a homeowner. This one just has a few hand knobs with no electronic boards/buttons which were far and few in between and just what we wanted.
