GREAT WASHING MACHINE WORKS MUCH BETTER THAN OUR OLD MACHINE

Great washer only missing one thing.

I have had no issues with my washer so far! The only thing I wished it had was a "done" button. It does make a noise when the cycle is done but I like a button to show it. It shows all the different cycles like rinse and spin, just not done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Water level does not change much and can't get enough water for max load
Spin cycles (even on delicates) spins out so much water, clothes that we need to hang dry are a wrinkled beat up mess
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist you with your washer. Water may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal for this high efficiency washer.

The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a basket full of water. Most are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.

During the spin cycle, clothes are pushed against the wash basket to extract as much water as possible from the wash load. This can cause some wrinkling. However we're glad to provide some tips that may help. Please refer here:

Terrible Machine

Worst washing machine ever owned in 50 years. Does not get the clothes clean and it beats the heck out of the clothes. Lid locking feature when filling is annoying. Auto water level feature does not put enough water in to wash clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist you with your washer. There are a few tips we recommend that may help with wash performance, such as using the correct amount of detergent and loading carefully. Please refer to the link below for further guidance:

As far as the low water level, over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a basket full of water. Most are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.

If the clothes still won't get cleaned properly after trying the suggestions above, you can schedule a service appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-426-3393 or schedule online at https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service

Awesome washer with old school features!

This washer has everything we were looking for but the only downside is it is pretty noisy. We love that it has old school features like 4 different water levels we can set and an agitator. It also has a very large capacity and it spins clothes dry without getting out of balance. We deal with the noise since it's such a great washer compared to our old Samsung that was junk.
I would recommend this to a friend!
