I’m not at all happy with this machine. It’s supposed to be commercial grade and yet you can’t fit a comforter in it. It’s constantly leaving the clothes soaking wet after finishing the wash where you have to do an extra drain and spin.

Other than the machine being noisy (hence the 4 stars), our new washer is running well. The wash cycle is shorter than our older machine, which is much appreciated.

An absolute blessing

Due to our old washer dying on us, a close friend recommended this washer and I couldn’t be more thankful! One word describes this washer: FANTASTIC! I can’t wait to keep using this washer for the next couple decades at the very least. The functions are very clear, and the clothes come out exactly how they should. My dad even washed a couple pillows to see if it could handle it, and they came out perfectly! It has a nice subtle volume and the cycle runs as smooth as butter. I will 100% recommend this washer!
