No matter what level I choose for the water level it only does one level.

We recommend resetting your washer by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician. Excellent Machine

We have had this for a month now and are very happy with the washer. The traditional agitator does a much better job than the "wash plate" style in our old machine. We no longer have detergent spots on the clothes and the clothing feels better.
