One wash, then broke

Installed it, did one load then went to do the 2nd load and it wouldn't fill. Tried canceling the cycle to start over but every time I press start it goes straight to wash and skips fill. So washing with no water I guess.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd be happy to assist with the operation of your washer. First, check your home's fuse or circuit breaker to make sure the washer is receiving power. Also, confirm that the power cord is securely plugged into the wall outlet. The washer should be connected to its own dedicated electrical outlet. Next, you'll want to make sure that both the hot and cold water supply valves are fully open.

High capacity machine

The washing machine has a large capacity and agitation drum. The extraction cycle is great so the dryer is not taxed in its drying process.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well, but basket is very loose.

We are very happy with the washing machine's performance, and user-friendly controls, with one concern so far. The drum or basket where the clothing is washed is suspended in a way that is very loose, and the machine becomes unbalanced easily, compared to our older machine. I am concerned that it may not last as long as we would like, because of this issue. To wash towels or sheets, you must always use the "bulky items" setting.

I’m very impressed by how clean my clothes are and how little laundry detergent is necessary for each load. I also like the large capacity tub and the stainless steel construction.

too much time learning to work with the machine

Real quick, I hate the machine. I will compose a detailed review and send later. I have spent way too much time fighting with the machine, making detailed notes re: every cycle plus had the service person from the store I purchased it from come to the house for a training session and revisited the store to see about an exchange for another model.
