I hate this washing machine. You select load size but it will not fill with water to even cover the clothes. I'm selecting max load for a regular size load and still doesn't come to half of the clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only washed 2 loads of laundry with it so far but it works great. Only reason I gave only 4 stars is because it is a little noisy.

My clothes feel clean . After using a non agitator washer for 12 years .This washer is amazing . They feel softer and smell cleaner . We have 8 people in our household. Picture laundry everyday . Hence the commercial washer status it is fantastic. Alittle loud but worth it …
