Cleans the laundry

Getting rid of our whirlpool cabrio washer and purchasing this GE commercial washer has been the best thing we have done. Our clothes are finally coming out clean. We will never buy another washer without an agitator. Hopefully, this washer will last a long time since it carries a 5 year warranty.

I hate your washer! I did not realize I purchased a washer that left SO MANY SUDS IN CLOTHING because it uses a SPRAY RINSE rather than an actual rinse! Use of the Extra Rinse is useless as your machine DOES NOT SPIN THE RINSE CYCLE as it only drains until the last cycle! I spent a lot of money on a piece of crap!

We definitely advise users to utilize the Extra Rinse option when using concentrated detergent and fabric softener. Also, be sure to not overuse detergent, as the machine cycles only anticipate the recommended amount of detergent. Drys efficiently and handles those really large loads. The easy to use contrels make doing the drying easy without any problems.

Not happy with this machine.

The machine is noisy. If I had a first floor laundry I would be looking for a refund. A lot of vibration and noise on spin cycle. When washing bed sheets, after all the cycles the sheets are still soaking wet. Machine did not come with adaptor to run it into washtub. Had to make one. Wish I had a second chance at another machine. Bought commercial model because I thought it would be better.

As far as the sheets being wet, make sure the cycle selected matches the load you are washing. Some fabrics will feel wetter when rinsed with cold water. You can also try redistributing the load in the washer and run it through the Drain & Spin cycle.
