I'm using half the softener recommended and running the extra rinse cycle, and there is softener stuck to the sides and agitator every time

We'd like to help with the softener leaving residue. We recommend trying to dilute your fabric softener before adding it to the load. Dilute with water to the maximum fill line. We also recommend cleaning the dispenser. poor installation

Installers were not capable. Could not turn off the water to the old washer and I needed a plumber. Then they got a wench and proceeded. Not sure they leveled properly. Then they turned on the washer with the manual inside; the manual turned to mush.
