Flame adjustment is an issue.

The burner flames are much too high when set at the lowest level. The "troubleshooting tips" on www.whirlpool.com are basically useless to address this problem. Some online youtube videos suggest that there is a flame adjustment screw located inside of the control knob stem which is accessible once the knob has been removed. However our model (WCG97USODS) doesn't seem to have an adjustable screw in these burner control knob stems. Would very much like to have someone from Whirlpool contact me with the name and phone number of a Whirlpool representative who can make these flame adjustments.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Dream Cooktop

Amazing stovetop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this about a month now and it’s amazing. Cleaning it is easy, I really like the grates on top that have a latch that stays attached so when you lift it up to clean it it doesn’t wobble and makes lifting it up and down is super easy and stays secure. It looks so nice and you can tell it’s great quality.
