[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Documentation is very weak. Customer support is terrible. Flyer with purchase says upon registration will get a email to receive a free crisping pan. No such email. Product would be great if they addressed these issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The document offering the Free Crisper Pan with the unit doesn’t work meaning it isn’t available when you try to get. Just look at all the reviews underneath it and everyone that’s tried.
The unit doesn’t NOT come with an operating manual, Why? So many new features with no instructions
