Great features and now what do I do with them???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like my new oven but I feel like it could have been approved. The leveling plastic parts were addressed after the oven was in place as they were not addressed in the installation instructions and we had never put in a wall oven. A small recipe book to walk you through the first time using the features would be helpful as well. The information for the accessories I had to go find online and am still unsure How to use them. A book or video would be great. The oven works well, love the oven light so much more than the previous oven I had. Looks great also.

EXTREMELY unhappy with the air fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for our previous KitchenAid, which was the same size, same configuration (lower oven, upper microwave) as my other one, whose microwave was misused and had broken. I loved my previous one, and was very disappointed when I saw this did not have a roast function, which I used almost exclusively. The air fryer is NOT the same as roasting, which your service center said it was, no matter what recipes I try. I cannot achieve the same results with the air fryer, and am VERY sorry I bought this one. I’ve since learned there are other models that still have a roast mode. If only I had known you had changed yours, I would NOT have bought it. Why did you do away with your roast mode, which was wonderful in every way?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it !!! I bought this model after my previous appliance of 15 years no longer maintain temperature accuracy. Beautiful design features both outside and inside, the accessories, the functionality of the control panel. Easy to learn and use the different cooking and baking functions. I chose this model after comparing features with other brands prior to purchasing. I was not disappointed. I also purchased 5 yr Extended warranty. No issues experienced to date.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My only suggestion is that there was no manual that came with the ovens and I feel that it would be helpful for owners to have written instructions about all the different features.

the good and the bad

Looks great, works well in the kitchen but not as intuitive as I would expect. The owners manual is woefully lacking. I had to search YouTube for tutorials. Still not sure what to do with all the gadgets and this is not how I wanted to spend a Sunday.
