Disappointing for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am very disappointed in my combo oven/microwave. My previous combo was a KitchenAid and I loved it. In fact, I wanted nothing but a KitchenAid replacement. My new oven makes a very annoying, high pitched noise when using MICRO EASY CONVECT mode. The LOWER OVEN is very slow to heat and the AIR FRY MODE takes forever to heat up. If I am not in the kitchen, I cannot hear the signal for completing a cook time. There are only 2 sound options and the loudest is very faint. The arrangement on the CONTROL PANEL is confusing. I have owned the oven for 5 months and still find the zero to be in an inconvenient, non-intuitive location. In my opinion, the CONTROL PANEL has too much crammed into it. The engineers who designed the CONTROL PANEL clearly don't cook. The manual timer does not work when certain other timed options are running - I haven't totally figured that out. For the cost of this oven, I should have chosen a higher end brand that performed better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Light in microwave, when cooking, is extremely dim

This is my second Kitchenaide combo oven/microwave. I am getting used to the new features. My old one was easier to use. One feature that is really a problem is that you can barely see into the microwave window when cooking. It is brightly lit when you open the microwave but extremely dim when door is closed and in use. You cannot see the food. We reached out to Kitchenaide and were told that is the way it is supposed to be. Apparently they did not notice this when doing testing on this new product. is anyone else experiencing this problem??

KitchenAid 27" Combo wall oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving it so far. Our previous KitchenAid was about 12 yrs. old and would not hold oven temp anymore. It took almost two months to get this one because the 27" size is not as common or sells out faster.
The combo is much quieter then the older model and the window in the door is much larger. The blue interior seems to make it brighter inside. The oven certainly heats up faster and so far holds the temp perfectly.
As previously mentioned, the oven and microwave operating instructions have to be downloaded to know how to correctly operate the different modes. The directions tell you not to preheat to use the Airfryer mode but we found that not to be true. If you don't preheat a little the food takes longer to cook at a lower temp.
Also, the oven is heavy weighing in at over 200 lbs.

27 inch KitchenAid Combination Wall Ovens

My only suggestion is that there was no manual that came with the ovens and I feel that it would be helpful for owners to have written instructions about all the different features.

Good oven/microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, we're enjoying our new oven/microwave wall combo. There is a little bit of a learning curve, but we're getting the hang of it pretty good. I don't understand why most of the reviews for our oven talk about it being wifi. Our oven is not wifi capable, and I wonder if some of the people giving negative reviews think that their oven is supposed to be, and that's why they can't get it to work wifi. ???
