New oven, new technology, new learning curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven does not come with a Control Guide manual. Good luck trying to learn how to use and program your new oven. The meat thermometer directions are non existent and when it is used, the temperature readings are not accurate. The free KitchenAid accessory for the crisper pan has been out of stock since installation and has been for a long time. The good news is that it has a very poor rating. The recommended cleaning products , the Affresh Kitchen and Appliance cleaner and the Affresh Stainless Steel Cleaner are no longer made by the company. I would like to know what the new recommended cleaning products are for proper care and maintenance.
Overall, the oven works well and is an improvement from my original 30 year old oven. Installation was more costly as it is wider and much shorter than the original KitchenAid 27 inch originally installed. I need to buy a custom 8 inch grill to fill the open space on the bottom. The installer had to custom fit and cut the wood frame in order to install. The new height for the microwave is much higher than original and is much deeper making it difficult to reach into and place items in the center.

Really good oven microwave combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife wanted this oven because we had one once before much like it. This has some new features such as the air fryer. A real quality appliance. I wish we could get the free cooking utensil the emails keep telling me we can get but it’s been out of stock since we bought the oven. I don’t think we’ll ever get it

Taking a little while to learn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are several features to this unit that I haven’t figured out yet but what I have figured out works very well. Supposed to get a free crisper, but it seems everything’s out of stock so waiting to see if that frees up soon.
