Microwave that is more than just a microwave and I love them. Downsizing from 3 ovens 2 being convections I haven’t missed them because this combo does it all. Thanks!

Excellent Performance so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new microwave wall oven has new features our 20 year old KitchenAid did not have, like convection microwave and air fryer oven. The oven broiler appears to be more efficient as well, it takes no time to sear or melt something. The microwave melt.or soften works great on butter! The one downer is there is no operating manual for the microwave, KitchenAid is supposedly still writing it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's ok, but not a 5 star

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really looking forward to this new combo oven and had high hopes considering it was replacing an 8 year old Jennair that had been plagued with Electronic board issues. I found that the microwave does not make popcorn consistently and only after a month of owning it, the turntable is moving jerkily and sometimes pauses, and am waiting for a new motor to see if it fixes the issue. The oven works ok, but it seems like the left side does not heat as well as the right. I was informed that while the oven reaches the desired temperature, the oven will not effectively balance across in its entirety for at least another 15-20 minutes. Maybe I'm expecting more or just am used to my old Jennair, neither of these issues occurred with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good and bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Was so excited when I got my new microwave/oven combo.Very disappointed in the microwave. Will NOT pop popcorn at all. Not with the popcorn feature or just trying to pop it on high. My old countertop microwave would pop in under 2 mins. For the price I paid it SHOULD do something as simple as popping popcorn. Even had repairman come out because I thought it was not working properly. Was told it is a 900 wattage microwave. But on the product specs it says 1300-1900. I am very disappointed. Also, good luck trying to get operating instructions for the microwave. Downloaded everything I could from Kitchenaid website and even had kitchenaid rep send me what he said was all the info for my my unit. NOTHING at all for how to operate the features on the microwave. Lots of oven info. Again, very disappointed,
