[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven within the last month to replace a similar 14 year old KitchenAid model. The one thing I am dissatisfied with is the stability of the oven temperature. The temperature feedback system appears not to be very precise: the temperature in the oven will drop below the set temperature (I keep track with an oven thermometer) before the heating will engage to reestablish the set temperature. I have to manually turn of the oven and reset the temperature so the the preheat mode goes into effect to get to desired temperature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven is pretty and works well with good features. The owners manual is totally useless. For example: can I leave the rack in the microwave when I am using it? How many minutes should it take to heat up a plate of leftover pasta? How do I clean glass doors? Do I take out bottom oven rack when self cleaning?
I had a KitchenAid Microwave/oven 27" combo that needed replacing after 10 years. I especially liked that my prior KitchenAid had Convection Roast. Purchased this replacement in April and had to wait one month to receive it as it was backordered. When I got my new 27" combo, it had Air Fryer included. BUT, there is no longer a mode for Convection Roast and nothing in the on-line manual to indicate what to use instead of this mode. Also, there is no light in the microwave so you can't see what is happening inside. But I do like the rest of the features and the upgraded handles look great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the world of ovens, this one takes the cake for appearance, ease of use, and versatility! Call me silly but I LOVE the look of the oven with the light on!! It's absolutely beautiful! (And the ovens match our KitchenAid refrigerator) It's likely that our small countertop air fryer will be donated to our kids now that we have larger air fryer capabilities with the lower oven, and having convection capabilities in both ovens was recently a big help for a dinner with guests. The Steam Cook is the only feature that we haven't tried yet, but that's coming soon:-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased oven two months ago and so far am happy with. One major problem we had with the purchase, it came with zero instructions on how to operate. Had to go between internet and you tube for operating procedure. Very annoying. Seems if you purchase an expensive product it should have basic operating instructions. What would happen if I didn’t have access to a computer? Comes with accessories with no clue what to do with them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and seems to work fine, but the upper oven does not open to the side, so I have difficulty putting things in and taking them out.
