Top notch, best 27inch wide combo you can buy

We've been eyeing it for years, and finally after an exhaustive review of other units, committed. We couldn't be happier with the ease of use and cooking quality. The Broiler is insanely hot and can crisp up anything fast. The Convention Oven is great and easily converts are recipes. And the Air Fryer! Dude this thing does fish and French fries perfect. Beautiful unit, sturdy and quality made materials and handles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New and Improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace a 20 yo unit. Well designed and functions well. Maneuvering through a learning curve as cooking is much faster than older model. Controls are easy to understand and operate. Unit is narrower than previous model but the larger model was wider than my cabinet requiring the smaller unit. Do not understand why the units were sized different than the older model. Need a bit of trim work to return to the built in appearance. Haven’t utilized air fry yet but close to going live.

Love this oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I absolutely love this oven! It’s super easy to use, and the temperature is always spot on — our food comes out perfect every time. The air fryer is amazing too! The only thing we’re not crazy about is the microwave door — it’s a bit tricky to open.

Very disappointed because no instructions on how to use my new oven/microwave combo were included. And I watched a video and the guy was talking about a crisp pan. I didn't get one with my oven.

I chose it because it would fit into the space vacated by my old unit which was no longer working. I didn’t realize how many features the new unit had so I have been pleasantly surprised as I have discovered all its features. I also think it is beautiful inside and out.

OK oven but I wouldn’t buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in the design aspect of my oven. The temp gauge does not show the actual temp of the oven, only the set temp. This is our 3rd replacement and the door still does not fit properly. Also, the control panel should lock when wiping down the face, otherwise it activates numerous buttons. Lastly, the microwave turntable makes a squeaking noise when turned on. It took 2 replacements to correct the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has some great features but lacks manuals

The microwave is WOEFULLY under-powered. The specs say it's 900W. It replaced a 1000W, but needs 20-30% more cooking time to produce the same results.
The only control guide I can find on the website is for the oven. That manual says "(see separate Control Guide)" which is nowhere to be found. The oven even came with accessories that aren't described to what they're even for. I even called the retailer I bought it from and they weren't able to get anything out of their KitchenAid rep.
Tried chatting with KitchenAid support (because talking to a human is not possible unless the unit is broken) but, even after waiting an HOUR, no one answered the chat.
Shortly after I registered the purchase, I was sent a link for a free crisping tray, but it's marked as unavailable when attempting to redeem it.
Really the only positive thing I have to say about this unit is the ball-bearing shelf glides. That's a game changer. Five stars for that, but three stars overall.
