Poor quality control?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No instruction booklet came with the machine. Getting info on line is not easy. The first use of the oven had a spill which we still cannot clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No support from KitchenAid regarding operations

This is my second microwave/oven combination from KitchenAid. I'm feeling frustrated with the lack of information on operation of the appliance. Why don't you put out an operations manual with pictures, or a video. I don't like this "figure it out yourself" attitude. Also, there was no labeling with the accessories package, so good luck with those. There was no crisper in the accessories box. Step it up KitchenAid!

Kitchen Aid Wall Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the oven was installed there are marks from packing on the stainless steel. I called to have someone come out and attempt to repair it, but all the representative did was take pictures. It still has not been fixed and the representative was out here a week ago. I have heard nothing since. Hence, I am not very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our oven but the popcorn button does not cook all the popcorn kernels. A lot are left in the bag. We got email saying we get a free crisper pan with wall oven. It is back in stock now but will not accept the coupon code. The air fryer works great.

No crisper pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still cannot redeem to get my crisper pan. I purchased this in September 2025 and still showing out of stock! This is absolutely ridiculous. This unit is not cheap and the crisper pan should be included. This is my second purchase of this wall oven/microwave combo. Twenty five years ago it was included. Kitchenaid do better! Send me my pan!! I love my oven combo but why did you start leaving out a main cooking dish to use the crisper?!?
I would recommend this to a friend!
