Great until it wasn't

It's a beautiful oven and I love the air fry option and the convection feature. I've had it a couple of months and finally had the service dept come out to check the temperature. The oven was cooking 40° hotter than it was set for. They have ordered a new circuit board.

Great Double Ovens, not so great getting started

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the double ovens, don't care for the hoops we had to jump through to get proper manuals for them, though. We did not get the manuals that should have been with the appliance. We received the manual for a single oven with microwave, not double oven with air fryer and no manual for getting started with the ovens. I can't fault the vendor or installation team for either of these problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!
