[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Neither oven would hold a steady temperature. Cakes fell at 280 degrees when it should be 350 degrees. Called for servicing. Boards were changed and we began getting error codes when we turned them on. Fan code errors began so fans were changed. Still gives error codes and won’t stay on. Haven’t had an oven since April 15th.
This was a drop in replacement for the 2011 equivalent model. Everything works as it should which is what we have come to expect from Kitchen Aid Appliances. This oven is a real workhorse and beyond the standard and convection modes, it's very convenient to have an air fry mode
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen Aid has built a simple 27 inch double oven with all of the features that you need. Convection, conventional, flexibile rack placements, meat thermometer, oven light and timer. Controls are easy to use. Temperature is even. Awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had my wall ovens for 5 weeks. Love the air fry option. I’m a bread maker and the proof setting is fabulous. I’ve never had that option before and in Minnesota when the temperatures are cold, I don’t have to take all day to make bread with the three total proofings. Love that !! The oven lights are so bright, I can see what’s cooking without having to open the oven. I couldn’t be happier with my new ovens. I previously owned Jenn Air double wall ovens and these ovens are superior. Thanks, Kitchen Aid for your easy to operate, efficient, and stylish wall ovens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1 week after install still can't use double wall oven. Ran burn in process for each oven for over 9 hours over 5 days at 400 degrees and horrible smell won't go away (verified all packaging and plastic was removed. Oven is unusable. Should not have to run a burn in process so long. This is a huge issue. If I cannot get the smell to stop Kitchenaid should take this oven back. I EXPECT KITCHENAID TO CONTACT ME TO FIX THIS DISASTER.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our double oven with the newer model. It's pretty good, but very loud - while cooking and while cooling.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best double oven decision I’ve ever made. Temperatures and baking times are very accurate.very user friendly and looks better than any I seen. We are very happy with Kitchen Aid selection.
