Where is the Instruction Manual?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t been able to find an instruction manual on line for my new oven. I think this appliances should come with a hard copy instruction manual. How can I find one online or as a hard copy?

All around great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my oven for three months and am very pleased with its performance. I have found that most of the negatives in other reviews are non existent in my experience. The oven preheats quickly and even shows you the temperature changes. Oven temperature is true with no hot spots. The fan noise is barely noticeable. But the chime on the timer is barely audible even when standing next to it. That is my only complaint and it is a minor one. I carefully reviewed all makes and models of ovens before I bought this KitchenAid and I feel like I made an excellent choice.

Great Double Ovens, not so great getting started

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the double ovens, don't care for the hoops we had to jump through to get proper manuals for them, though. We did not get the manuals that should have been with the appliance. We received the manual for a single oven with microwave, not double oven with air fryer and no manual for getting started with the ovens. I can't fault the vendor or installation team for either of these problems.

Awesome oven!

It bakes so evenly, is beautiful in my kitchen, has everything I need to cook - bake, convection, broil, air fry, even proof my bread and it is self cleaning. Thank goodness it is not a Smart oven. My washer (not a KitchenAid) is and I have had nothing but trouble with it. The electronics are always messed up on it, which makes it not run at all.

Need more help with setup

It looks lovely and the basic bake or broil is great.we have struggled to use many options due to lack of information. We did not receive a manual that explains any features or how to set up. We found looking for information on line difficult and incomplete.

Double trouble! Maybe triple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New ovens never heated right. Am working with repairman who is replacing both control panels as neither oven heats to correct temp. Am also very disappointed in uneven heating that makes baking items browner on back corners. Kitchenaid says I should always preheat 20-25 minutes even though oven signals preheat complete. That is a terrible waste of time I have never had before on any oven. Loved my previous Kitchenaid, so maybe they will make this right. I chose Kitchenaid because they are the only one I know of that can cook convection on both ovens. Difficulty getting warranty work scheduled and even more difficult getting them here. First company cancelled and could Not be reached. Second company cancelled first two appointments.

Stainles steel finish is not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were disappointed with the finish. When installers removed protective plastic it let what looks like strech marks. LOL We used soap and water to remove but it is permanent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
