Double trouble! Maybe triple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New ovens never heated right. Am working with repairman who is replacing both control panels as neither oven heats to correct temp. Am also very disappointed in uneven heating that makes baking items browner on back corners. Kitchenaid says I should always preheat 20-25 minutes even though oven signals preheat complete. That is a terrible waste of time I have never had before on any oven. Loved my previous Kitchenaid, so maybe they will make this right. I chose Kitchenaid because they are the only one I know of that can cook convection on both ovens. Difficulty getting warranty work scheduled and even more difficult getting them here. Need more help with setup

It looks lovely and the basic bake or broil is great.we have struggled to use many options due to lack of information. We did not receive a manual that explains any features or how to set up. We found looking for information on line difficult and incomplete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven heats evenly and cooks wonderfully. It does take longer to preheat than my previous oven; however, it has enough great features that it doesn't matter. So far, I would recommend this wall oven to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful oven inside and out, love how bright the lights are. I was able to get it installed right before Christmas. We had the entire family over and boy did it come in handy. It was real easy to install. I love having the inside of the oven blue instead of black. I think that it makes her look that much brighter when the lights are on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New oven I've used about 6-7 times and it's a great oven. Looks fantastic too and very well built. I only wish there was a was to turn off the cool-down fans, then it would be perfect!
