[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven several weeks ago as a replacement for a similar KitchenAid model that was purchased about 13 years ago. The older one was very noisy from the moment it was installed, and several service calls did nothing to make it better. Prior to purchase, I questioned the sales rep about the quietness of the new model and was informed that it had “been addressed” by the manufacturer. So far, the new one is much quieter and has performed as advertised.

Called out service for door alignment but it’s still not fixed. Not sure what my next step will be. Expensive unit not to work correctly. 😕

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus is my second Kitchen Aid oven. For the most part very pleased with the addition if the air fryer, nice touch in this day and age. My only complsint is the timer alert is so soft you can hardly hear it. For the features and orice point, I would reconsider it.
