Double trouble! Maybe triple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New ovens never heated right. Am working with repairman who is replacing both control panels as neither oven heats to correct temp. Am also very disappointed in uneven heating that makes baking items browner on back corners. Kitchenaid says I should always preheat 20-25 minutes even though oven signals preheat complete. That is a terrible waste of time I have never had before on any oven. Loved my previous Kitchenaid, so maybe they will make this right. I chose Kitchenaid because they are the only one I know of that can cook convection on both ovens. Difficulty getting warranty work scheduled and even more difficult getting them here. Stainles steel finish is not good

what looks like strech marks. LOL We used soap and water to remove but it is permanent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t tried all the features of my new double oven so I can’t give a 5 rating…yet. The features I have used are definitely a 5. The slide out oven rack is a favorite feature of mine; I’m 85 years old and it makes it easier for me to remove heavier casserole dishes. The outer appearance of my oven is very stylish looking and the inside is a lovely cobalt blue color. I’m very happy with my new oven.
