Kitchenaid For The Win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace my Jenn Air which no longer was operating as an oven.
The Kitchenaid microwave has all the right features and operates well.
The oven seems to be operating correctly, I have not used the Air Fry function yet.
I am particularly Happy that the oven goes up to 550 degrees as we make pizzas weekly and need a high temperature to make a good crust.

KitchenAid 27" Combo wall oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving it so far. Our previous KitchenAid was about 12 yrs. old and would not hold oven temp anymore. It took almost two months to get this one because the 27" size is not as common or sells out faster.
The combo is much quieter then the older model and the window in the door is much larger. The blue interior seems to make it brighter inside. The oven certainly heats up faster and so far holds the temp perfectly.
As previously mentioned, the oven and microwave operating instructions have to be downloaded to know how to correctly operate the different modes. The directions tell you not to preheat to use the Airfryer mode but we found that not to be true. If you don't preheat a little the food takes longer to cook at a lower temp.
Also, the oven is heavy weighing in at over 200 lbs.

Not so great features,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Kitchen Aid last month and am still learning some of the features.The menu board only hase the time illuminated and I find it hard to see the rest of the menu that is unlit. Recommend these selections also illuminated as well.
The steam feature selection is to narrow in choices of items to be cooked. Not all vegetables cook the same due to their make up and as I get different results form the settings depending on the vegetables '
On the air fryer setting there is no temperature showing that it is heating up until you get to the input temp you put in.
I see that the interior light of the microwave is halogen bulb. And when it burns out it will require the entire assembly to be removed to replace it. Kind of dumb isn't it. Not to mention how much that will cost!
The model in the showroom had an LED light ans that was the main reason I bought it. My last Kitchen Aid had the halogen bulb and burnt out twice.

Happy with the oven frustrated with guide

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my old Kitchen Aid and so far I am very happy with the product. Still need to explore all the capabilities and difficult to figure out some simple functions so need to keep referring to an online guide which can be a pain.
